Mandelbrot Application

As part of my university course, I had to construct a program using the C or C++ programming languages and the OpenGL API, that would generate a Mandelbrot image (shown in the picture above).

This project was implemented and completed in a week. It was created as part of a coursework for a 3rd year university maths course. As you can see it generates very nice fractal images, or the "apple man" as it is affectionately known.

It is a relatively simple program working on the concept of imaginary numbers.

The simple application can be seen here, but generates the image above, so its up to you whether or not you want to download it:
